Efektivitas Program Samsat Keliling Dalam Besaran Pemungutan Pajak Kendaraan Di Kota Binjai

Abstract

The government is pursuing a massive development that has been marked by very significant changes. Along with the development and construction of the Binjai City Samsat which is always improving in every way and for the convenience of the best service for the community and providing convenience for taxpayers. In this case, the development of the use of motorized vehicles in Indonesia has increased every year. The purpose of this study is to find a fact related to the influence of the Mobile SAMSAT (One Roof Manunggal Administration System) Program in Binjai City. The samples in this study were taxpayers who made motor vehicle tax payments who were encountered when conducting research at the Binjai City Monument and Mobile SAMSAT officers in dealing with taxpayers. The research method used by the author is descriptive qualitative method. In this study convey the facts by describing what is seen and felt. The author uses book tools and internet access to collect data. In the collection technique the author uses primary data obtained directly in collecting data in the field directly. As well as secondary data collected by researchers from various pre-existing information and can be obtained from intermediary media such as: journals, books, evidence collected by previous parties. Based on the results of the study, three conclusions can be drawn, namely: First, the government's efforts to increase vehicle tax payments at the Binjai City Samsat have been going well. Second, perform services properly and in accordance with predetermined procedures. Third, Improving facilities and infrastructure in terms of adding mobile Samsat bus units.
