Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kanwil Sumbagut Medan
Abstract
BPJS Ketenagakerjaan an Implementation Agency employment social
security program that is continuously trying to improve the performance of
employees in the achievement of its goals the organizers Being Social Security
Agency (BPJS) world-class, reliable, friendly and superior in Operations and
Services. As a newly formed entity BPJS require HR management support in
achieving the company's goals. Therefore, the need for a system and a good value
for Cultural Organizations can improve the performance of the employees in
order to realize the company's goals that have been set previously
This research is explanative type of research that describes the
relationship two variables that aims to look at the influence between variables.
The population in this study are all employees of the Regional Office BPJS
Ketenagakerjaan Sumbagut Regional Office Medan for 23 of the total respondents
were also sampled in this study.
Based on the research that has been done and was followed by analyzing
the data obtained, then the result is there is positive and significant correlation
between organizational culture on employee performance as well as the test of
determination obtained a figure of 48.7% where variables can affect the
Organizational Culture of Employee Performance figures the. Then the obtained
probability test (0.000 <0.05), which means Ha accepted and Ho rejected which
states that there is a positive and significant impact on the Organizational Culture
on Employee Performance BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Sumbagut Regional Office
Medan.
