Demand and higher competition impacts that must be faced by employees
in the workplace, the family and social environment that can cause tension . The
impact that unsettle and tensions are detrimental to society and employees in
particular so-called job stress .
This study aims to determine the effect of work stress on employee job
satisfaction BPJS ( BadanPenyelenggaraan Jaminan Sosial) Ketenagakerjaan
Cabang Binjai.
The method used is the method of associative research with quantitative
approach . The population is all employees BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Binjai
Binjai is 30 people . Data analysis techniques used are validity , reliability test ,
normality test , simple linear regression analysis , partial test (t test) and the
coefficient of determination.
From the results of research based on the results of the t test ( partial ),
that t for work stress variables at -2.245 with significant value 0.033 thus the
research results prove that the independent variables ( job stress ) have a
significant negative effect but the dependent variable ( employee satisfaction ).
