dc.description.abstractInformation Systems Human Resource Management is one of the most important information systems that exist within a company. PT. PP. London Sumatra Tbk, Medan is a leading foreign-owned company in Indonesia, which is engaged in the plantation with business activities in the field of cultivation, harvesting, and processing of oil palm, rubber, cocoa, coffee, tea, and sales of palm oil of high quality. Information system of human resource management in PT.PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk is an effort to increase effectiveness. This study has two variables, systems of human resource management information with work effectiveness. Samples in this study amounted to 62 people using Simple Random Sampling technique. Obtained a result which shows that there is a positive relationship but low and there is a significant relationship between the information systems of human resource management on the effectiveness of the work.en_US
