| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this research was to known the land cover and to determine the function of forest area, based on the scoring analyze to SK Mentan No. 837/Kpts/Um/11/1980, through the use of data management technologies with Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and remote sensing technology using satellite Landsat TM to see the condition of land cover. Based on the scoring analyze from SK Mentan No. 837/Kpts/Um/11/1980 has given a result of data of forest area in model of GIS coverage area 6.212,682 ha ha or about 12,56 %, limited production forest of 20.060,585 ha or about 42,13 %, and production forest of 56.015,188 ha or about 45,29 %. Identification result Landsat TM image in 2009 shows that land cover in DAS Ular is dominated by mixed garden of 24.126,592 ha or about 29,32%. | en_US |
