dc.description.abstract | This research were at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III which has address in
Sei Batanghari Street 2nd Medan 20122, Sumatera Utara and started since Mei
2013 until July 2013. This research is conducted to analyze the influence of
training and recruitment in impact to employee’s competence at PT Perkebunan
Nusantara III, Medan.
This research consists of three variables which there is one tied variable
and two free variable. The tied variables is Competence (Y), and the free
variables are Recruitment ( X1) and Training ( X2). Sample in this research
counted 90 people, which the intake of sample relying on Stratified Random
Sampling. While the technique that used to analyzing data is quantitative method
constructively peripheral of SPSS (Statistical Package Social Science of) version
17.0.
Pursuant to result of analysis which is known that recruitment and
training have a partial (individual) effect to employee’s competence at PT
Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan. While variable owning most dominant
influence to employee’s competence at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III is training.
Thereby can be interpreted that recruitment and training both have an simultance
and significant effects to increasing employee’s competence at PT Perkebunan
Nusantara III Medan.
Pursuant to result of research which is writer conduct, writer suggest that
company can optimizing the competence based on recruitment and training
activity in company, so that could improves the employees competence and give
