Analisis Faktor Modal, Pengalaman, Pendidikan, Minat dan Bakat Terhadap Entrepreneur Memulai Usaha Kecil Menengah (Studi Korelasional Kuantitatip Pada Pajus Karona jl.Jamin Ginting Padang Bulan)

Abstract

This research were at Pajus Karona which has adress in Jamin Ginting street, Sumatera Utara and started on January until April 2014. This research is conducated to anaylze the influence of asset, experience, education, interest and talent in impact to entrepreneur start their effort in Pajus Karona. This research consist as five variables which there is one dependent variable and four independent variabels. The dependent variabel is (Y) and the independent variable is asset (X1), experience (X2), education (X3), interest and talent (X4). Sample in this research counted 64 people, which the intake of probablity sampling. While the technic that used to analyzing is quantitave method constructively peripheral of SPSS ( Statistical Packaging Social of Science) of version 17.00 Pursuant to result of analysis which is known that asset, experience, interest and talent have a partial (individual) effect middle profit sector at Pajus Karona. Pursuant to result of research which is writer conduct, writer suggest that entrepreneur can optimizing and develop asset, exprerience, education, interest and talent in continue times, so that could be improves the the effort of middle profit sector in Pajus Karona or the other place and also to improves the creativity so that the effort could be competitive of market quality.
