dc.description.abstractThe success of a company in business is the influence of all the factors in the company. Each factor has an important role in achieving the company's goals that have been set. Human resources are the main factors that determine the success of a company in achieving its goals for human resources to run all of the activities within the company. There are many factors that affect the achievement of corporate goals such as expertise, responsible management, outstanding leadership, organizational simplicity of the company, effective civil, challenging tasks, planning and control purposes as well as specialized training, and so on. But in addition to the factors above, there are other factors that "do not look" better define the company in achieving its goals. These factors is the company culture. Superior corporate excellence is determined by whether or not the culture of a company owned by the company. Thus indirectly to the achievement of corporate goals can be seen from the culture of excellence that is owned by the company. This study aims to determine how big the company culture applied PTPN IV Unit Kebun Pabatu affect the achievement of its objectives. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods associative approach that aims to determine how much influence the variable X (corporate culture) to variable Y (corporate goals) and how their relationship. The study sample as many as 125 people at 15% of the population is 1127 employees. Analysis using simple linear regression equation and the coefficient of determination to see the influence of corporate culture to the achievement of corporate goals. Based on the results of research conducted the obtained result is a model of a simple linear regression equation Y = 3.907 + 0.237 X and the coefficient of determination influence of corporate culture to the achievement of corporate goals at PTPN IV Unit Kebun Pabatu Tebing Tinggi Sumatera Utara by 37.1%en_US
