Analisa Profil Peternak Terhadap Pendapatan dalam Usaha Ternak Sapi Potong di Kecamatan Perbaungan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai

Abstract

Yudhistira Purba: Farmer Profile Analysis of Income on Beff Cattle Farmer the Sub District Perbaungan The District Serdang Bedagai. The research was supervise by TRI HESTI WAHYUNI and HASNUDI. The research was conducted at the district Serdang bedagai Sub District Perbaungan of North Sumatra Province, which began on 15 July to 30 August 2011. The purpose of this study was to analyze the income beef cattle farmer at Serdang Bedagai Sub District Perbaungan. The research methods use is survey methods with a unit that maintains a family beef farmer. The sampling method used is Proportional Stratified Random Sampling is by way of selecting three village is the village Simpang Tiga Pekan (low population), Adolina village (Population average), Melati 2 village (high Population). Samples from this study amounted to 21 families of beef cattle breeders obtained from 30% of farmers in each village, the village of Simpang Tiga Pekan (5 farmers), Adolina village (7 farmers) and Melati 2 village (9 farmers). Based on research results obtained that education and system management has a positive effect on beef cattle breeders. Where as the experience of farmer and age has a negative effect on beef cattle breeders in the sub district Perbaungan the district Serdang Bedagai
