| dc.description.abstract | This research is entitled “Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi
Produksi CPO Pada PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan”. The objective of this research
is to find out how are the effects of the width of land, employees and capital
towards of palm production in PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan .
Data used for this research is time series data from 2008-2012 in quarterly.
Independent variables are width of land, employees and fertilizer. Dependent
variable in this research is palm production in PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan. The
method used is OLS (Ordinary Least Square) by using econometric model. The
regression result shows that the variables the width of land, employees has
positive effect and is statistically significant towards of palm production, and the
variable of fertilizer usage is positively effective but is not statistically significant
towards the palm production.
The coefficient determining (R2
) test result shows that the variables of the
palm production as dependent variable can be described by the independent
variables, the width of land, employees and capital and rest described by the other
variables out of model. The over all tests use F where F-sums which F-hitung>F tabel, means that the variables the width of land, employees and capital
significantly effective towards the palm production. | en_US |
