Pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT Multi Structure Duri-Riau

Abstract

Implementation of health and safety programs for employees is very important because it aims to create a unified system of safety and work with the involvement of elements of management, labor, working conditions and environment are integrated in order to reduce accidents. Occupational Health and Safety have been met if it will cause the employees to work with all his ability, so that productivity is increased. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of occupational health and safety on the productivity of employees at PT. Structure Multi-Duri Riau. Research methodology in this research is the method of associative research using quantitative data analysis. The samples used in this study were as many as 100 respondents, data collection techniques used is to use primary data and secondary data. Results of this study indicate that the safety and health variables significantly influence and positive impact on work productivity variable. This is evidenced by the results of calculations SPSS stating that F count = 512.277 is greater than the value of F table = 3.938, and the value of the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.916 which shows the relationship health and safety and work productivity of employees at PT. Structure Multi-Duri Riau have a very strong relationship. Based on these descriptions can be concluded, Ho is rejected and thus stated that the implementation of the Health and Safety at work affect the productivity of the employees of PT.
