dc.description.abstract | Human resources are often referred to as intellectual capital (intellectual
capital) is made up of people in the organization who have the ability, talent, and
passion to work and that's all they use in their work. An employee who has a high
performance but tenure is not sufficient (not yet time for a promotion) then it can
not be promoted. This study discusses the Employee Job Performance Analysis of
Campaign Against the Occupation.
This study aims to determine the effect of employee performance against
promotion of employees of PT. Sumber Cipta Multiniaga Medan. The research
method used explanatory research (explanatory research) with quantitative
approach. The sample in this study were 100 respondents.
Data collection techniques are research consisted of questionnaires and
literature study. Analysis of the data used is the test instrument (validity and
reablitias), a single data analysis, and data analysis methods.
The results of research based on the regression equation regression
model inferred by testing hypotheses t test, obtained probability is much below
0.05 is 0.000 and the value of t count> t table. So that the relationship affects the
work performance of employees of PT promotion. Sumber Cipta Multiniaga
