dc.description.abstractChicken meat were popular among people. There are many reasons why people’s interest on buying chicken meat were high.Until this day, many people fond of chickend meat and that is what making this chicken meat business promising.Huge market makes this business promising in the future.One small scale enterpreneur who work in this business is Pak Imanto who opened Pak Imanto’s Chicken Meat retailer. In order to grow, this business needs to develop its streght, weakneses, opportunities and threads. Formulation of problems that can be drawn is as follows: 1) How is the internal and external conditions of Pak Imanto’s Chicken Meat Retailer 2) What is the streght, weaknesess, opportunities and weakneses in Pak Imanto’s Chicken Meat Retailer?3) What kind of business development strategies that work for Pak Imanto’s Chiken Meat Retailer?. This study aims to 1) Identify the condition of the internal and external factors of Pak Imanto’s Chicken Meat Retailer, 2) Identify Pak Imanto’s Chicken Meat Retailer’s streght, weakneses. Opportunities and threads 3) Develop an appropriate strategy for Pak Imanto’s Chicken Meat Retailer. According to IFE result, Pak Imanto’s Chicken Meat Retailer streght were 1) Loyal Consumen 2) Good relationship with supplier 2) Experienced 4) Good In keeping costumer 5) Good location and its weakneses were 1) small level of stock 2) Rented Space 3) No administration 4) The tool that been used were not really up to date. According to EFE result, Pak Imanto’s Chicken Meat retailer opportunities were 1) Huge Market 2) Goverment support to small business 3) Indication of increasing good economic growth. IE Matrix shows that this business in on cell IV, Grow and Built . SWOT Matrix give 4 alternative strategies which is 1) Try restaurat as a new market 2) Using goverment support to raise stock 3) Keeping good relationship with consumer 4) Buy meat grinder machine The suggestion for Pak Imanto’s Chicken Mear Retailer were 1) Keep the good realationship to costumer 2) Raise the stock with goerment support 3) Consider to have restaurant as a new clienten_US
