Political Sicences/ University of Sumatera Utara.
Corporate Culture generally refers to environment or personality of organization,
with all its multifaceted dimensions. We devide corporate culture into four
aspects. Those are ritualized patterns,management styles and philosophies,
management system and procedures, as well as written and unwritten norms and
procedures. Implementation corporate cultuter will affect the quality of work,
quantity of work, may be least reliable, and employee attitude who provide good
effect to employee performance. The objectives of this study was to know
determine the influence of corporate culture variables on the performance of
employees at PT. Bank Sumut Syariah Cabang Medan. Theory used in this study
is the J.Scherriton & J.L Stern and Tika. The method used is the Simple
Regresion Analiysis and corellation product moment, data collecting is tehnique
spreading quastionnaire, documentation, dan observation. In this study reaserch
do not used technique in collecting sample because total population less than 100
member, that is 45 member employee PT. Bank Sumut Syariah Cabang Medan.
The test statistic used is the normality test. Result of regresion variable X
(Corporate Culture) and to Y (employee performance) of 0,098 and calculation
corellation coefficient is 0,178 including yhe criteria the corellation coeficient of
0,00-0,199 whice means there is very weak corellation.Hypothesis testing has
shown there aren’t significant influence of corporate culture to employe
performance in PT. Bank Sumut Syariah Cabang Medan because null hypothesis
(Ho) is accepted and this can be seen from the value of < (1,186 <
2,021) means that the hypothesis Ha is rejected, with the calculating coefficient
determination is 3,2%. | en_US |
