dc.description.abstractGrowth and development of the swimming pool service business makes more incentive businessman among the competitors in a variety of promotions to potential customers and consumers that are interested to visit the place of bussines that they manage as well as that done by the pool Deli Medan. As is also well know, the number of available pool with a lazy river and very nice facilities swimming pool which has an international Hairos and have full rides, there is also a pool to his level almost equal to the pool as the pool Deli Medan Selayang and Unimed competitor for pool Deli Medan the purpose this study is to investigate and analyze the factors that become the consumers decision to use the service of Medan Deli pool. The research method is descriptive method with qualitative approach, the research on the data collectedand expressed in the form of words and images, then the words are arranged in the form of a sentence this study has two informants, is key informants and key informants. From the results of this study showed that the factors that influence consumer decisiors in Medan Deli visit the pool is divided into 5 sections, namely the introduction of requirement that consists of familiar friend, knowing of the family, knowing from person to person, familiar from advertising, and to know of the family. Both the information retrieval which consist of the influence of promotions, discount, and gift giving influence, visitor who experience unpleasant events, visitor knowledge about the warranty service, visitor who obtain warranty services from ticket clerks manning pool in Deli Medan. The third alternative evaluation is a better pool than a swimming pool Deli Medan into four purchase decisions and consists swimming into the pond reasons to visit Medan Deli, frequency of visits, and because of low ticket prices and the location of the pool atmosphere Deli Medan. The fifth is the post purchase evaluation of satisfaction after visiting Medan Deli pool. Pool safety and comfort Deli Medan.en_US
