This study aimed to determine the three hypotheses, namely: 1. What

The sampling method used is proportional random sampling. The sample
size was obtained by 83 people who are employees who possess a working period
of more than one year and an operational employees at PT. Soci Mas Deli
Serdang.Forms of research used in this research is a form of associative research
with a quantitative approach.Method of data collection is done through a
questionnaire, literature study and documentation study. Large sample obtained
by 83 respondents who are employees at PT.Soci Mas Deli Serdang. This
research uses multiple regression analysis, the classical assumption test, and test
hypotheses in the form of uji-t, uji-F, and coefficient determination test. With the
aid of a computerized system (the computer program SPSS version 21).
The results showed that the leadership of the PT. Soci Mas can be said to
be good based on the responses of the respondents with an average value of 3.89,
the organizational culture at PT. Soci Mas can be said to be good based on the
responses of the respondents with an average value of 4.08, then the leadership
has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a value of
0000, the organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on
employee performance with a value of 0027, and there is a positive and
significant relationship between leadership and organizational culture on
employee performance can be demonstrated by test-F where the significance
value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. The coefficient of determination on Employee
Performance shown by R Square is 0.514, which means that 51.4% Employee
performance is influenced by variables of leadership and organizational culture,
while 48.67% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study | en_US |
