Interest improving the quality of employees in this respect education and
vocational training is to improve the performance of employees in achieving
results and employment goals that have been set. There is an assumption that by
emboldened exercise will lead to waste due to increases costs in achieving
corporate objectives. The assumption is wrong because even with their exercise
will save operating costs for example: sophisticated office equipment when used
by poorly trained employees who caused the damage, giving rise to huge repair
costs.
This study uses a quantitative method, which gives effect between
independent variables and the dependent. The research was conducted at PT
Bank Branch Simalingkar Medan North Sumatra in January to April 2016. The
population in this study were all employees of the Branch SUMUT PT.Bank
Simalingkar numbering 42 people and entirely used as a sample. Analysis of data
using simple regression test.
The results of this research proves that education and vocational training
has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees at the
Branch Simalingkar PT.Bank Medan North Sumatra. Donations influence of
education and training to employee performance PT.Bank Simalingkar Medan
North Sumatra branch was 11%.
Suggested to PT.Bank Simalingkar North Sumatra branch in order to
further improve the performance of employees, by way of management must pay
attention to the system of motivation, so that improved employee performance as
the award at the end of the year, give gifts, promotions. Suggested-led to be more
fair to all employees in a way to avoid favoritism, promoting employees fairly in
accordance talents and abilities. To improve the performance of employees
suggested the company increased the percentage calculation of employee
incentives, creating a harmonious relationship among co-workers and provide a
salary in accordance with the employees' workload.
