survive, make a profit and grow. It certainly can be achieved by using a strategy
or approach that is able to compete with other companies. TQM is an approach
or strategy in running the business to maximize the competitiveness of the
organization through continuous improvement on products, services, people,
processes, and environment.
The method used is the associative research is a quantitative method of
research that seeks to examine how a variable interrelated and associated with
other variables, or whether a variable cause changes in other variables using
functions - statistical functions. With the aim to find out the views of consumers in
the implementation of Total Quality Management to the progress of business
based on the views of consumers. This study conducted on RM. Lobu Bara Jalan
