dc.description.abstract | Along with the development of global and local situation is less favorable for the
business world, companies today are required to be more innovative and creative in
competing, including Anggun Jaya Meubel in view of the implementation of the ASEAN
Economic Community (AEC) is getting closer and consumer behavior that requires the
company to be more responsive in anticipation of demand. Without smart planning
strategy, the manufacturing enterprise system is not able to compete in the business world
at the present time. Therefore, manufacturing companies should be able to develop
strategies and concrete steps and right to compete in order to survive.
Objectives and methods used in this study was determine the condition of the
internal environment and the external environment Anggun Jaya Meubel and to
determine strategy to increase adopted in the Anggun Jaya Meubel for the ASEAN
Economic Community (AEC) based on the SWOT analysis diagram, IFAS dan EFAS.
Forms of research used in this study was descriptive using qualitative data
analysis. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews, and documentation
studies. Analysis using matrix method IFAS and EFAS, IFAS + EFAS matrix
incorporation, quadrant SWOT and SWOT matrix.
The result show that the current internal capabilities Anggun Jaya Meubel
inadequate for large market opportunity, so in need of holding the increase in the internal
environment in order to survive and be able to compete with new competitors similar.
Based on the analysis that applied the right strategy in Anggun Jaya Meubel for the
ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) is aggresive strategy or a strategy of growth, which
can increase sales volume and expand market share by increasing its weaknesses to deal
with a large market share towards the implementation of AEC | en_US |
