dc.description.abstract | Bank Sumut is one of the business entity which works in finance and economy
fields which tries to improve employee’s performance continuously in achieving the
company’s goal that is to be a mainstay Bank to help and to increase the economy
growth and regional development in every field and also as one of the regional
income sources. In the case of the improvement of society living standards. In
achieving the goals, Bank Sumut needs human resources supports. That is why, a
good working motivation is needed to improve the employee performance to create
the company goals that have been set previously.
This research is associative research with quantitative approach. This
research explains about the relation of two variables which used to find the effect
between variables. The population in this research is all the employees of Bank
Sumut in Tarutung brances that is 38 respondents and all of them are also used as a
sample in this research.
Based on the research that has been done and also continued by data
analysis that is got, the result is there is positive and significant effect between
working motivation to employee performances, and also there is 53% for the test of
determination, where working motivation variable is able to affect employee
performance as much as a sum of the number. And then, there is (0,000<0,05) in
probability test, it means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, where Ha means
that there is positive and significant working motivation effect to Bank Sumut
employee performance in Tarutung brances. | en_US |
