Business food or culinary business is currently mushrooming
everywhere and varies greatly from modern food , traditional and international
food . Similarly, in the city 's growing range of culinary business . However ,
running a business is not an easy thing as easy as blinking an eye . Every
entrepreneur must pay attention to the strengths and weaknesses as well as take
advantage of opportunities and minimize threats. So also should be done by the
business Aneka Keripik dan Roti Selasih.
The formulation of the problem in this research is how the business
strategy Aneka Keripik dan Roti Selasih that will be applied in developing its
business through SWOT Analysis . SWOT analysis is a tool used to determine the
internal factors ( strengths , weaknesses) and external factors ( opportunities,
threats ) to determine the right business strategy for Aneka Keripik dan Roti
Selasih in developing a business .
This type of research used in the research used in this research is
descriptive research with a qualitative approach . Data were obtained from
interviews , observation and documentation . Then the data is analyzed using
SWOT analysis . The informant in this research is the key informants are a
business owner and main informan consumers and business partners .
The results of this study indicate that Aneka Keripikdan Roti Selasih is
located in the first quadrant in the matrix SWOT analysis . The right strategy for
this business are aggressive strategy which is very favorable situation of
companies , which companies can use force to take advantage of existing
opportunities .
