dc.description.abstract | Cultural organizations in good internal public relation's activities can
give a positive contribution to realize of employee performance.This study aims to
determine the effect of Internal Public Relation on Employee's performance at PT.
Perkebunan Nusanatara IV Unit Usaha Bah Jambi. The forms that used in this
research is the quantitative approach.
The sample in this research were 92 respondents that were taken from
Taro Yamane’s formula, with characteristics based on gender, age, last education
level, and how long that respondent has work at the company.
Data collection techniques that used is field research consisted of
questionnaires and interviews and literature study. The tests that used in this
study are instrument test, the classical assumption test, simple linear regression
test, and hypothesis test using SPSS.
The result from this research is that Internal Public Relations has positive
and significant effect on employee's performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV
Unit Usaha Bah Jambi. In addition the result also obtained that the more positive
Internal Public Relations Facilities offered, the more employee's performance that
will be created. So it can concluded that the Internal Public Relations is quite
effective to improve the employee's performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusanatara
