The people needs for living are no limid and continued to rise. It is
certainly must be completed as a whole. The people began to realize that
the importance of searching some efforts to fulfill their needs. They have to
do a business activity, it is one of the manner to increase their income.
But in running a business activity, it is not escaped of the competition
in trading market among entrepreneurs. There fore they have to make a
business plan correctly to begin their new business, so it can make their
business can be survived in the strict competition circles.
This research has purpose to fine out the problem of Ria Dodol
Strore’s Business Plan to Face The Competition of Trading Market in
Tanjung Pura. In this research involves methods. They are the qualitative
method by descriptive approach. The data collection method is used for
observation, interview, literature and documentation. The techniques of
data analysis is used SWOT analysis. By SWOT analysis, we can find the
strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of business that can increase
product and getting high profit. And for this research had been
interviewed for fifteen informans.
The result of the research showed that the strength from Ria Dodol
Store’s quality and kind of variant products. And this research had kwown
that the owner got some difficulties to find materials of the variant
products.
