One of the most important to support the running of the company well is a
human resources ( employees ) . Employees is one important element in the
organization , where employees have a role in carrying out activities to achieve
the goals or the company's success . To achieve the objectives of a company , the
company must always strive to improve the performance of its employees .
This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and supervision of work to
employees performance in PT . Bank Danamon branch of Medan .
This type of research used in this research is quantitative method with causal
or associative approach shaped causation which aims to determine the effect of
the relationship between two or more variables . Data were collected through a
survey that was distributed to the employees of PT . Bank Danamon branch of
Medan . To test the hypothesis that dilaukan in this study used multiple linear
regression analysis .
Regression analysis showed that the variables of discipline and supervision of
the work has a positive influence on employee performance PT . Bank Danamon
branch of Medan , but in this study found that the variable discipline has a
greater influence than the variable oversight of the work in influencing employee
performance .
