dc.description.abstract | Sexual harassment is a traumatic event that has happened to the survivors, especially when the incident occurred in the campus environment. Universities should be a safe and comfortable place for students to study are in fact unable to function properly. For survivors who are still students, they must adapt immediately so it will not interfere with academic activities. This ability to adapt and survive is called resilience. There are several skills that must be possessed by survivors to reach the stage of resilience. This study aims to determine the description of resilience and the sources of resilience possessed by survivors of sexual harassment. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological method that seeks to uncover, study and understand a typical and unique event. The result if this study indicate that TK, as a subject, only have three skills to build resilience that are based on resilience theory by Reivich and Shatte. The resilience possessed by TK comes from three sources, external support, personal abilities, problem skills and interpersonal relationships. | en_US |
