Employee performance is a description of what has been done and not done by employees both quantitatively and qualitatively, the results of which affect the contribution of employees in achieving organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the performance of Indomaret employees. The subjects used in this study were Indomaret employees in the city of Medan, amounting to 277 people. This study uses quantitative methods. Data were collected using organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) scale and employee performance scale. The method used in this study uses a simple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee performance. Based on the results of data analysis in this study, it can also be seen that organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) provides an effective contribution of 89.7% to the performance of Indomaret employees
