affordable price. As the growing new tourist park that was built resulting decline
in visitors at Taman Indah Travel Mora Faria, the authors are interested in doing
research in Taman Indah Travel Mora Faria.
This study aims to determine the internal and external factors that could
affect the development of Taman Wisata Mora Indah Faria in Jalan Tj Morawa
Km 11, terrain, formulate alternative strategies that can be applied in developing
the product and determine the priority strategies that can be applied in developing
the Tourism Park Mora Indah Faria in Jalan Tj Morawa Km 11, terrain
The basic method used in this research is descriptive analysis method
which is carried out by survey techniques. Data used in this study are primary data
and secondary data. Data analysis method used is the SWOT analysis to determine
the internal and external factors, SWOT matrix for formulating strategic
alternatives.
From this research it is known that a major force in developing products
Wildlife Travel Mora Indah Faria namely the admission price is relatively cheap
which is recognized nice. While the most fundamental weakness is the limited
capital. The main opportunities in developing products is their advantage against
an increase in interest to visitors attractions. While the threat is greatest events
held competitors to attract visitors to come. Alternative strategies can be applied
in developing products is market development, market penetration and product
