Identifikasi Potensi dan Strategi Pengembangan Produk Ekowisata (Studi Kasus Taman Wisata Iman (TWI), Sitinjo, Kabupaten Dairi, Sumatera Utara)

Abstract

At this time, tourism be assets in each area and all at once to modernize the tourism location were. Taman Wisata Iman Sitinjo in Kecamatan Sitinjo, Kabupaten Dairi, Sumatera Utara is a tourism featured. The purpose of this research is to find out potential and analyze qualitatively development strategy what is approprite and applicable to Taman Wisata Iman Sitinjo. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods through three stages of analysis. The first stage, namely the stage input by using a matrix of EFAS matrix, IFAS matrix, the second stage, namely the stage of matching by using matrix SWOT, and the third stage, namely the stage of decision. Based on the analysis of the input stage, the matrix IFAS Taman Wisata Iman Sitinjo produce a total score of 2,70, this means Taman Wisata Iman Sitinjo is located on internal position is strong, whereas the matrix EFAS Taman Wisata Iman Sitinjo produce a total score of 3,10, this means eksternal position is strong too. And than analysis of the matching stage by using matrix SWOT indicate Taman Wisata Iman Sitinjo are quadran I, which means to have strength and opportunities can develop a tourist attraction.
