Abstract

AKTA NOVITA DAMANIK. Identifikasi Jenis Burung dan Keadaan Cuaca Pada Tenggeran Buatan di Kawasan Restorasi Resort Sei Betung Taman Nasional Gunung Leuser. Di bawah bimbingan PINDI PATANA dan ERNI JUMILAWATY. Restoration area in resort Sei Betung, was once a land dispute between the palm oil plantations and the Gunung Leuser National Park (TNGL). Currently the area is filled with palm oil has managed to be returned to the original function, as forests (restoration). Birds are the natural resources that support forest restoration process by using it as a seed spreader agent. The presence of a particular bird species, are generally adapted to the favorite against a particular habitat. In each habitat, birds will perch to perform various activities. Therefore, there should be observation what type of bird perched on an artificial perch and perch weather conditions in the area. The methodology used in this study is Ponctuels d'Abondance / Point of Abundant Index (IPA-Count). Result showed the highest diversity of trees in the area is 1,20, the highest bird abundance alter the type of Bulbul. On weather conditions for 28 – 300C highest temperature, humidity around 70% and rainfall of 74.86 mm.
