RIONALDO MELVIN SILALAHI: The Existence of Cellulolytic Mushroom on
Land of Former Fires in Samosir Regency, North Sumatra. Under guidance of
DELVIAN and DENI ELFIATI.
This research aims to study the presence of cellulolytic mushroom on land of fire
in Samosir Regency as well as chemical and biological soil properties that affect
its existence . The study was conducted at the Laboratory of Soil Biology and
Central Laboratory , Agriculture Faculty, University of North Sumatra, starting
from October 2013 until January 2014 . Samples were taken based on 5 groups:
control ( unburned ), the land of the former fires in 2010 , 2011, 2012 , and 2013.
The results of the analysis of chemical properties are included in the low category
and the total number of soil microorganisms on the biological properties of the
soil that is 100.68 x 103 SPK / ml . Observations in makrokopis and mikrokopis
for the K sample T1P1 , T1P3 K , K T1P4 , T2P5 K , 10 T1P1 , T1P4 10 , 10 T2P3
, T2P2 11 , 11 T2P5 , and T2P5 12 showed that cellulolytic mushroom belonging
to the genus Aspergillus.
