From the results obtained are considered to still be improved so that research can proceed by modifying the cylinder distance mechanical cassava grater tool is expected to increase if the capacity, the capacity results, and minimize the percentage of material that is not scar. This study aims to test the cylinder spacing on mechanical cassava grater tool.
