Observasi Wilayah dan Analisis Pemanfaatan Alat dan Mesin Pertanian untuk Komoditas Unggulan Hortikultura di Kabupaten Simalungun

Abstract

RODEARNI Siboro: "Observation Area and Utilization Analysis Equipment and Agricultural Machinery for Horticulture Commodity Commodities", under the guidance of Mister Saipul Bahri Daulay as leader of the commission supervising and Mister Achwil Putra Munir as a member of the supervising committee. Along with the increasing human demand on the processing of land to meet the needs of food, technology was one factor in improving agricultural produki and to support economic growth in a region. This study aimed to obtain the amount of utilization of land management tool for horticultural products. This research method using explanatory survey using primary data (sample farmers) and secondary data (related agencies). From the research there are 17 units large tractors and 5 units of hand tractors in the district Silimakuta. In the processing area there are 60% who use the machine processing of land and 40% still use daily labor. Commodities to districts Silimakuta are cabbage, potatoes, sweet potatoes and tomatoes.
