Pengaruh Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai di PT Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Pembantu USU Medan
Abstract
With increasing competition nowadays banking firm, plans and employee
career development becomes absolute conducted by an individual or PT. Bank of
North Sumatra itself. Of course in achieving their productivity can not be
separated from the role of human resources. Companies must be able to direct
resources and potential employees to quality for the company's development
depends on the productivity of employees.
The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The
population of thirty-five people. Sample size in this study was determined using
the formula Slovin. The author uses total sampling method.
Based on the results of research conducted, the result is a significant
difference between planning and career development on employee productivity in
PT Bank Branch Offices North Sumatra Medan USU
