increasingly competitiveglobalera. This encouragescompanies topay attention
tothe resourcesit ownsin order tocontinue
tocompeteandgrow.Enterpriseincomedropwouldnotoccurregardless of thedecrease
inperformance.Becausebasicallyimplementingemployeeisemployed in
theenterprise. Totheincrease inemployee performanceis an important
stepthatshould be achieved inthe enterprise. Thereforeitrequiresa
goodorganizational cultureandstrongin order toimprove the performance ofthe
employee isuseto achievethe purposeof the enterprise.
This researchstudybelongexplanativeorder to observethe influence
ofvariablesbetweenstudies. Populationinthis studyareemployees
ofPTPNIIIMedantotaling950peopleand the number ofsamples takenby
90respondents.
Based onthe analysis conductedandextendedtoanalyzethe data collected,
then the resultisthere isa strong influenceoforganizational cultureonemployee
performanceandbased on thetestdeterminantsfoundthatorganizational
cultureinfluencesemployee performanceas big as42.5%. Thenbased onthe
hypothesistestis obtainedpositive valuesas large as0.652andthe
probabilityvalue(0.000 <0.05), so thathypothesiswhich statesthat thereis a
significantinfluenceon the performance ofofficialorganizational culturecanbe
accepted.
