dc.description.abstractThis research with expansion of era, it is means the expansion many varian of society’s necessary and all of it must be to completed. In this situation, make so many oppurtunities to all businessman to began a business activity to completing all the society’s necessary. All of the society’s necessary had completed from the business activities. But what the real means of the business activities? Business activities is an organization activity who doing by an individu to result and selling a product or a service to get profit from that. In basic all of business activity is doing to get much profit. In fact on this era, we can see so many business activity are starting. With thir expansion of business activities it will make a competition relationship in business activity. It is need a mature attitude from a businessman to hold out in this competition relationship. With this expansion of the competition relationship, many of the businessman had stopped their business activity. The prime mistake for this condition is when they was starting their business activity they do not have a strong pondation. The strong pondation is built from business plan. The theories which are used to explain this problem from Richard L. Daft, business plan is a document with all details to prepare a business activity. The good business plan will had 11 element then will make a strong pondation when a businessman starting their business. To assort a business plan it will building the competitive superiority to facing the competition relationship. For starting a business activity, Stella Lowis the owner of La Maison Patisserie was assort a simple business plan. Althougt it isn in a simple shape, but it had succsessed to prepare La Maison Patisserie to facing the competition relationship. The prime of the utility we can see when we assort a business plan is La Maison Patisserie can take all the most strategy that they need to facing the competition relationship. All of the strategy is to optimaliz the utility of the streght, that we get whwn analyz the internal factors in business plan. The streght that we take is the quality of La Maison Patisserie product’s. this strategy has done in maximal and then make La Maison Patisserie to facing the competitive relationship on this 2 years and make to hold out until now.en_US
