dc.description.abstractThis study aims to identify and analyze the effect of mutations activities on employee productivity on The Bank Syariah Bukopin Medan. Data were obtained from questionnaires, study of literature, and some observations directly to the purpose of research. Analysis tools is using simple linear regression to test the hypothesis is using SPSS 16.0 software. Total sample of 37 is an employee of Bank Syariah Bukopin Medan. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between mutations but low on employee productivity on Bank Syariah Bukopin Medan. The effect of mutations (variable X) on employee productivity (variable Y) on Bank Syariah Bukopin Medan is 15%. While the remaining 85% is influenced by other factors that have not been taken into account in this research.en_US
