This research is motivated by the importance of employees as human resources who play a role in the company environment. The progress or success of a company is supported by maximum employee performance. Therefore, every company will try to improve the performance of its employees in the hope that the company's goals or targets can be achieved.
This research aims to find out how the influence of compensation, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Sumut Branch of Sipirok.
This research uses quantitative method with associative approach. The population in this study was employees of PT. Bank Sumut Branch of Sipirok which amounted to 30 people. Sampling techniques with sampling model census / sampling total, the number of samples as many as 30 respondents. The method of data collection of questionnaire methods is measured using a likert scale. The analytical methods used in this study are instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test using SPSS.
The results showed that the variable compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the results of tcount 3,226 > ttable 1,70562 with a significance level of 0.003 < 0.05. Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the results of tcount 7,627 > ttable 1,70562 with a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the results of tcount 4,003 > ttable 1,70562 with a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05. In the calculation of the coefficient of determination, the result is 0,910, which means that the independent variable affects the dependent variable by 91%. The remaining 9% was influenced by other variables not included in the study.
