    Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Kaizen Terhadap Kinerja Kerja Karyawan pada PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk (Jalan Ahmad Yani No. 2 Kesawan Medan)

    Abstract
    This research aims to find out how big the influence of organizational culture on performance kaizen employees if oragnisasi Japanese culture or known by the term kaizen is applied on a PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk. Medan The population in this study are all employees of the PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk.-field of 109 people, but which was only 67 samples of people using the formula of the critical value of slovin 10%. Data collection techniques that writers use in this study i.e., a list of statements (the Questioner), interview, and study the documentation. While the data analysis techniques in this study using a simple linear testing, test the assumptions of classical, non parametric tests, test the determination coefficient. The results of the analysis indicate that the presence of the influence of organizational culture on performance kaizen employees (Y) obtained t calculate probability with 7.118 sig 0.000 smaller than α = 0.05. This means that the zero hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and it can be concluded that the organizational culture of kaizen (X) partially had a significant influence on performance of employees (Y). While the magnitude of the influence given the determination coefficient values are indicated by the results of the research are 0.493 or 49.3%showed about performance variables (Y) influenced the culture of the Organization kaizen (X). The rest is 50.7% influenced by variables that are not examined in this study.
