dc.description.abstractGood employee performance is of course a hope for all companies, because the performance of these employees is ultimately expected to improve the company's overall performance. Employee performance is determined by the competencies they have, so that the competencies they have are very influential on the company. Thus the competence of employees needs to be known by the company in order to work productively in order to achieve company goals. Creating competitive advantage is a top priority for leaders in managing the company, in order to win the very tight business competition. Various technologies and management tools have been applied to one company, but the technology used can be imitated by other companies. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and organizational communication on employee performance at PT Bank SUMUT KCP Klambir V. The influence of organizational culture and communication will be tested partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The form of this research is quantitative research with associative approach. The population in this study were employees who worked at PT Bank SUMUT KCP Klambir V as many as 30 respondents. The analytical method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are organizational culture and communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables of Bank SUMUT KCP Klambir V by 68.1% while the remaining 31% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.en_US
