The purpose of this research is to know how much Career Development Perse
ption affecting Turnover Intention in PT Bank Sumut Kota Medan.
The population of this research are officers in Bank Sumut cabang Iskandar Muda Ko
ta Medan. This data is collected by questioner method towards 40 respondents. Sampl
e collecting of this research was done with purposive method. The type of data in this
research is Primer data. The analysis was done with Simple linear regression tehniqu
e.
According to this results, we are able to obtain this equation :Y=43,700 – 0,299 (x)
According to statistic data analysis, the indicators of this research are realibl
e and valid. At the test of the classic assumption, the result states normal distribution
of data. At the test of regression coefficient, it states if value of the career developmen
t persepsion(X) is 0 then the value of intention turnover is negative (43,700) . The reg
ression coefficient variable of career development persepsion(X) is -0,299. It means i
f the career development persepsion variable have an unit increase, so the intention tu
rnover (y) have 43,700 decrease.
The test of this hypotesis which used test t is showing the significant value at th
e free variable (career development persepsion) toward bound variable ( intention tur
nover) is affecting.Then we are able to see the significant value (0.000), if the sig < 0.
