    Pengaruh Mutasi Dan Promosi Jabatan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Pt. Telkom Divisi Regional I Medan)

    Abstract
    This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of the mutation and promotion at PT. Telkom, Tbk Regional Division I Medan. Research in this paper uses quantitative methods to the associative approach. The variables are linked in this study is variable mutation (X1), variable Job Promotion (X2), and variable Employee Performance (Y). Source of data used consist of primary data obtained directly from survey respondents through questionnaires, interviews, observations and secondary data is obtained in the form of ready-made, have been collected and treated from the others. Population and sample in this study is 45 permanent employees of PT. Telkom, Tbk Regional Division I Medan. Tests carried out using SPSS 17.0. The results of this study showed that simultaneous mutations and promotions is positive and have significant impact on employee performance PT. Telkom, Tbk Regional Division I Medan. Variable mutation partial effect on employee performance and variable partial promotion has a significant impact on employee performance at PT. Telkom, Tbk regional Division I Medan. Coefficient of determination seen from the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.299 (29.9%), which means work performance variables (Y) can be affected by variables mutation (X1) and promotion (X2). While the remaining 70.1% can be affected by other variables that not examined in this study
