dc.description.abstractBusiness growth dynamic and competitive requires every company to make changes significantly orientation towards the way they serve their customers, deal with competitors, creating a superior product and quality, as well as expand its business. Business development strategy used by internal and external factors analysis of the company using SWOT analysis which raised the effective and efficient strategies for the advancement of business activities such as developing business in a more strategic location. In this research method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data were obtained from the direct interview to business owners CV Building Materials Store. Bangun Cipta Mandiri. The approach taken in this research is SWOT analysis approach. Based on internal and external analysis can be obtained that Building Materials Store CV. Bangun Cipta Mandiri is in quadrant 1, wherein the internal strength and the opportunities the company is very efficient in business development, it is an efficient strategy to use is to use aggressive strategies to maximize the company's internal and external forces.en_US
