| dc.description.abstract | SARMILA. Fungi Species Identification and Its Usage to Increase
Growth of Several Kinds of Rubber Clones (Hevea brasiliensis) on Peat Soil,
supervised by Budi Utomo and YUNASFI.
Peat soils have a high organic compounds that can be stored and released
in the form of element by using soil microbial called fungi. The purpose of this
experiment was to detected the type of fungi that can increasing seedlings of
Hevea brasiliensis’s growth.
Soil samples were taken from peat soil at Dusun 12 Belungkut, Kecamatan
Merbau, Kota Aek Kanopan. This experiment used Factorial Completely
Randomized Design with 20 treatments and 3 replications. and conducted in
September 2013 to March 2014. Fungi that can be isolated were Rhizhopus sp.,
Trichoderma sp., Fusarium sp., And Penicillium sp. Fungi were used was endemic
fungi from peat soil at Dusun 12 Belungkut, Kecamatan Merbau, Kota Aek
Kanopan. Parameters measured were plant height, stem diameter, leaf surface
area, and total dry weight.
The results showed that the use of fungi affected significantly on growth of
plant height, stem diameter, leaf surface area, and Hevetotal dry weight of Hevea
brasiliensis’s plant. | en_US |
