| dc.description.abstract | SINTA S. GINTING: The existence and status arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in Coffee Land and Place Location Based Differences Grow This study aims to determine the existence and status of the FMA on the land based on ecological coffee farm and a place to grow. Examples of soil and roots from the village of Nangka Adia, District Lae Parira, Dairi. This study uses the filter to get a spore cast and staining methods to determine root colonization. Results of trapping the host plant maize (Zea mays) spore density obtained at the location of the coffee to-1 397.6 spores / 50 g soil and the location of the coffee-2 was obtained 364.6 spores / 50 g soil. The results of the study on the location of the type 1 acquired 16 glomus spores and spore types Acaulospora 7 with root colonization presentation 31%, while the location of glomus type 2 obtained 19 and 5 types of spores Acaulospora with colonization percentage reached 27%. | en_US |
