Pengaruh Komunikasi Organisasi terhadap Semangat Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan pada Toko Batik Abi Medan
Abstract
The success of a company is determined by the human resources behind
them. So to keep the strenght of the organization, companies must pay attention to
morale and performance of employees. One way to do is to provide good
communication and establish cooperation against the leadership and employees.
In this case the batik shop Abi know as a company that provides good
communication and establish cooperation between management and employees.
The study aims to determine the effect of organizational communication
influence on morale and performance of employee at batik shop Abi Medan.
This type of research used in this research is descriptive with quantitative
approach that aims to measure the influence of more than one independent
variable on the dependent variable. Data were collected through a survey that
was distributed to the employees batik shop Abi. The sampling technique used is
saturated samples are used for all members of the population used as a sample.
Used as a sample, to test the hypothesis that performed in this study used simple
liniear regression analysis.
The results of regression analysis showed that the positive effect of
organizational communication variabels influence morale and employee
performance batik shop Abi.
