The success of a company or organization is largely determined by
the utilization of human resources are the people who provide the energy,
creative talent and passion for the company and plays an important role in
the functioning of the company's operational role. Employees as actors in
the performance of their importance for the realization of the goals of the
company. Each company will always strive to improve the performance of
employees with current expectations improved employee performance,
companies can more easily achieve its goals. Employee performance is
influenced several factors such as salary, work environment, leadership,
and organizational culture.
This study aims to determine the dominant factor on the
performance of employees at Ayam Penyet Ria Restaurant Medan. The
method used is quantitative method with descriptive approach. Samples
using saturation sampling technique is to include all members of the
population as a sample of 20 people. Data collection methods used are
observation, questionnaires, interviews and literature study. Data were
analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of statistical
software.
The results showed that the variable salary and leadership
significantly influence employee performance in Ayam Penyet Ria
RestaurantMedan. The most dominant factor affecting the performance of
employees at Ayam Penyet Ria RestaurantMedan is leadership, with a
regression coefficient of 0585 and amounted to 2.382 tcount.
