This research describes the pattern of recruitment of Aceh Party in
determining Candidates who will be in stretcher on pilkada 2017 in Central Aceh.
This research is motivated by the selection of political parties against candidates
who will be carried out to determine who will perform and will be elected by the
people. Political parties proceed to rule, requiring political parties to prepare
candidates for leaders who are expected to be able to regulate the course of
government. In the internal process of the party, one of the functions of an urgent
political party to be discussed is the function of cadre. The process of cadre
ripening to be able to lead, both in the context of local and national government, is
what needs to get a keen spotlight, especially regarding the parties in Indonesia. In
the reality of post-independence Indonesia, it can be said that the failure of
political parties in giving birth to quality leadership. The still half-hearted,
haphazard, and poor pattern of cadreisation seems to be the right identity for the
seriousness of human resource development in a party. Finally the emerging party
cadres eventually became carbitan leaders.
The theory used in analyzing the Aceh Party recruitment pattern is the
theory of political party recruitment by Ramlan Surbakti, Putnam, Nazarudin
Syamsuddin, and Rush and Altoff Recruitment Theory Theory. The method used
in this research is qualitative method.
The results of the analysis of the authors show that the Aceh Party
implemented an open recruitment pattern in determining the Candidates to be
carried. This is evidenced in the elections in 2017 Election in Central Aceh, the
Candidate that is not a pure cadre of the Party of Aceh.
