Pengaruh Harga terhadap keputusan Pembelian pada Perumahan Griya Tiara Tuntungan

Abstract

This research is motivated by housing development which is an effort to fulfill the basic human need as well as to improve the quality of the environment. Competition housing business increasingly stringent housing requires Griya Tiara Tuntungan Trying to get as many consumers. The formulation of the problem in this study is how much influence the price of purchasing decisions on Griya Tiara Tuntungan housing. This study aims to determine the effect of Griya Tiara Tuntungan housing prices on purchasing decisions (studies on consumer housing Griya Tiara Tuntungan) The research method used in this research is descriptive research. This research was conducted at Griya Tiara Tuntungan Housing. Time of research conducted in January-March 2017. Sampling technique in this research is probability sampling technique of cluster area. The data type is primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique used is simple linear Regresion analysis. The result of the research shows that the partial price variable shows thitung (11.495) > ttabel (1.67) with sig. Amounting to 0.000 which means the variable price has a positive and significant impact on the purchase decision. Determination coefficient analysis seen from R Square value equal to 0688 (68.8%) which means purchasing decision can be influenced by price, while the rest equal to 31.2% influenced by other variable not included in this research. Analysis of correlation coefficient of 0.829 indicates that the effect of price on purchasing decisions on Griya Tiara Tuntungan housing is in the very strong category is at The interval 0.80-1.00.
