dc.description.abstractBackground problem: The Role of Human Resources in the company is important because it represents the core of all activities within the organization or company. That requires the human resource management processes are effective in an organization. The failure of an organization in the process of managing individual behavior will lead to their intentions Turnover of employees. In the 2014-2015 period there was an increase in employee turnover Choco Bakery. The phenomenon Turnover Intention performed by employees is due to the lack of effective management of individual behavior in the store. It is interesting authors to determine the influence of Job Stress, conflict and salaries of the employees This study aims to the effect of Job Stress on employee turnover at Choco Bakery, the effect of conflict on employee turnover at Choco Bakery, the effect of salary to employees Turnover at Choco Bakery, and knowing Stress influences Work, Conflict, and salary together against Turnover of employees at the Choco Bakery. The method used is a method of associative research with quantitative data analysis. Samples using saturated sampling technique is to include all members of the population as a sample of 30 people. Data collection methods used were observation, questionnaires, interviews and literature study. Data were analyzed with multiple linear regression with the help of statistical software. The results showed that the Job Stress, conflict and partial salary (single) and simultaneously (together) Choco Bakery affect employee turnover by 29.9%. The factors that most significantly influence employee turnover Choco Bakery is Job Stress by 54%.en_US
