dc.description.abstract | This research aims to identify the types of strategies used dan analyze the internal environment PT. Pabrik Es Siantar related strenghts and weaknesses and the external environment related opportunities and threats to determine the right strategy and the way it is applied in PT. Pabrik Es Siantar in the face of competition. The type of strategy adopted PT. Pabrik Es Siantar classified as a defensive strategy. The input stage of business strategy include matrix EFE,IFE and CPM. The total value of the matrix EFE 3,4 while the matrix IFE 3,65. From the result of the CPM, the value of the competition indicator are as follows: PT. Pabrik Es Siantar 3,45, Coca cola 3,7 and Teh Botol Sosro 3,5.The matching stage using SWOT matrix and IE Matrix. SWOT matrix results demonstrate that PT. Pabrik Es Siantar is in quadrant I which is the company supports an aggressive strategy.The result of IE matrix, PT. Pabrik Es Siantar position is in quadrant 1 are called growth and build strategy. Phase decisions using QSP matrix and the highest total attractive score is market penetration strategy which score is 6,6. The right strategy for PT. Pabrik Es Siantar is implementing market penetration strategy.The proposed strategy can be applied to foster good relationships with buyers and increase the marketing. | en_US |
